A standard gobo-flower effect, very similar to classic disco light fixtures such as the NJD Datamoon and Abstract Twister etc
Please not that the example image shows the lighting effect with smoke/fog atmospherics in use. You will also need to hire a fog/smoke machine in order for the mid-air beam effects to be visible.
