All products listed on our website show a live stock figure for items held in our warehouse. These figures are normally accurate, but small discrepancies can occur when stock levels are very low.

If an item is required urgently, or you are planning to travel to our trade counter to collect an item showing only a few remaining, we recommend contacting our sales office before travelling or placing your order.

Some items are shown as In Stock With Supplier. These items are not held in our warehouse and will be ordered in when we receive your order. The stock time shown is an estimate based on information supplied by the manufacturer or distributor.

Supplier stock levels may change quickly and are subject to availability at the time we place the order.

We make every effort to ensure stock levels are correct. However, in rare cases an item may show a positive quantity when stock has just sold out or is physically damaged.

If there is an error with your order, such as an unexpected stock shortage, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Stock is not reserved until a confirmed order is placed. If you wish to collect items from our trade counter, you can reserve stock by placing an order and selecting Cash on Collection or Card on Collection. This allocates the stock to your order immediately.

If you are travelling to collect items and stock levels are low, please contact us before visiting to avoid disappointment.

All stock availability shown on the website is subject to confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer alternatives or provide a refund.
